SSQ World Wide Travel Booklet – coverage is with SSQ Insurance. The last page of the booklet states the process to open up a claim should an
incident arise while travelling. The policy # for SSQ Travel Insurance is on the back of the Sun Life Insurance Card. The numbers listed are not for
General Inquiries, only to open up a claim.
Retiree Emergency Trust Fund
The Trust
Fund is designed to assist retirees and their spouses/surviving spouses
who suddenly find themselves faced with unexpected medical expenses that
are not covered by our private insurance plan or any other Government
assisted programs.
How to apply for
assistance is outlined in the Rules and Guidelines. All the
information you need for applying for assistance is available on this page
of the website or by contacting the Retiree Emergency Trust Fund
Committee, or the Trailblazers Executive, or your Area Representatives.
If you are not
a member of the Retiree Emergency Trust Fund and would like to join, or if
you are a member and would like to increase the amount you contribute,
please complete a Membership Application Form and return it to:
